Pre-Order Policy

The short version

You pay when you place a pre-order and it ships as soon as the product releases.

Release dates

Release dates are set by the publisher and can change. We update the listing whenever they do.

Mixed orders

If an order has pre-order and in-stock items together, the whole order ships when the pre-order item releases. Place separate orders if you want the in-stock items sooner.

Allocation

Publishers sometimes send less stock than ordered. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we refund that item in full.

Delays and price changes

If a release is delayed, your pre-order stays in place. If the publisher's price changes, we will contact you before charging any difference.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
